Customer Payment Terms – GP World Tours

Deposit Requirement 

A non-refundable deposit of $___ per person/room (based on resort) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied toward the total trip cost.
 

Payment Schedule 

Customers must follow the established payment plan. A typical schedule includes: 
- Deposit: Due upon booking 
- Second Payment: ___ days after booking 
- Final Payment: Due [30/60] days prior to departure 
 
Payment dates and amounts will be outlined in your invoice or contract. 

Accepted Payment Methods 

- Bank Transfer 
- Zelle or Cash App 
- Major Credit/Debit Cards (processing fees may apply) 

Late Payment Policy 

A late payment fee of $25 may be applied if payment is not received by the due date. Reservations may be canceled for non-payment, and all previous payments may be forfeited. 

Cancellations and Refunds 

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation: 
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit 
- 30–59 days: 50% refund 
- Less than 30 days: No refund 
 
Note: Some supplier penalties may apply. 

Travel Insurance 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment. GP World Tours offers optional coverage at the time of booking. 

Final Reminders 

- Final payments must be completed by the due date listed in your contract. 
- Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation without notice. 
- Group bookings are subject to specific terms outlined in the group agreement.
