TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1)GP World Tours issues travel documents in the sole capacity as agent for the airline, tour company, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the travel
document, brochure, correspondence or other communication. As the agent of the supplier, GP World Tours does not assume the responsibility for the
cancellation or substitution of service by the supplier; or any obligations, services or monies not the specific responsibility of GP World Tours.
(2) GP World Tours is not responsible for your actual vacation/event/wedding. GP World Tours assumes no responsibility for any bankruptcy by the suppliers.
As an agent, GP World Tours maintains no control of the operation, equipment, or personnel for all carriers, cruise lines, airlines, tour companies, hotels, bus
lines, insurance carriers, et al., and therefore can assume no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay or
inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned.
(3) GP World Tours is not responsible for trip cancellations or illnesses contracted before, during, or after your trip due to the ZIKA Virus, COVID-19, or any
outbreak/contraction of any other virus/infection. Purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE is the only way to protect your reservation as CDC warnings do not
warrant cancellation without penalty.
(4) Cancellation fees may be imposed on any or all parts of your travel. Airline ticket, accommodation fees, and any other portion of your reservation may be
subject to the loss of some (or all) of the fare, should you elect to change or cancel this reservation or miss your flight, for any reason. It is suggested to
protect your travel investment by purchasing some form of travel protection which must be paid at time of booking; and will increase your initial deposit. In
the event you must submit a claim through travel protection, be aware that any refunds or credits, if any, are subject to the terms and agreement of the
insurance policy.
(5) It is imperative that you arrive to the airport 2-3 hours BEFORE scheduled departure time. GP World Tours, it’s owner(s), and/ or affiliates will NOT be
responsible for any travel delays, missed flights, and/or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to: improper/invalid identification/passports,
inaccurate/wrong ID/Passport name(s) provided by you.
(6)It is imperative that your passport be valid at least six months beyond the dates of your trip or you will be denied boarding.
(7) ALL payments (including your pre-sale deposit) are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason. The payment of your
deposit or any other payment or by attending a GP World Tours travel event confirms that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions including our
Cancellation Policies.
(8) GP WORLD TOURS DISCLAIMER. GP WORLD TOURS, will not be responsible for any accidents involving bodily injury or death, property damage,
charges or libel, slander, arrest, detention, or imprisonment incurred while traveling during an event sponsored and/or booked by GP WORLD TOURS. By
attending this event you agree to not hold GP WORLD TOURS LLC, responsible for any errors or omissions relating to this event. GP WORLD TOURS
reserves the right to use all client images or likeness in connection with still photography or recorded video. Attendance at any GP WORLD TOURS event
gives consent to be photographed for use in print or electronic publicity on social media sites. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children images will
NOT be identified using full names or personal identifying information if we receive documentation from the photographed subject, parent, or legal
guardian, declining to be photographed. If you do not want us to use a photo or video of you please send all requests to [email protected] 48
hours before the event. Please note the itinerary and events planned are subject to change.
(9) GP WORLD TOURS PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO NOTICE. GP WORLD TOURS retains the right to use all passenger’s images and/or likeness in
connection with any still photograph, live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event, in whole or in part. These images
may be used for advertising, websites, videos, and promotion.
